Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and it is being prepared for processing.

Processing Time

MixiePacks are packed with care. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your shipping information.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available shipping method for your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.

MixiePlus and MixieMax currently qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other shipping delays outside of MixieZip’s control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. MixieZip is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mixiezip.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Where We Ship

MixieZip currently ships within the continental United States only.

Hawaii Shipping: Shipping to Hawaii is available at the carrier-calculated rate shown during checkout. Free-shipping offers and standard mainland shipping rates do not apply to Hawaii orders.

At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada, international addresses, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.
