What is MixieZip?
MixieZip is a children’s gift brand featuring adorable animal backpacks and gift-ready MixiePacks. You pick the backpack, choose your Mix, and we zip the surprise inside.
How does MixieZip work?
It’s simple: pick your backpack, choose your MixieZip bundle tier, and we pack the goodies inside for a cute, gift-ready surprise.
Can I buy just the backpack?
Yes. You can choose Just the Backpack if you only want the animal backpack without the added goodies.
What is included in each Mix?
- Just the Backpack includes one animal backpack.
- MixieMini includes the backpack plus a brush set and little learning book.
- MixiePlus includes everything in Mini, plus a duck night light and mini plush teddy bear.
- MixieMax includes our fullest Mix with Mini & Plus, including an electric nail trimmer set.

Can I choose the teddy bear color?
Not at this time. Each Mini Plush Teddy is handpicked to complement your selected backpack. Color may vary.
Can I choose the book title?
Not at this time. Each bundle that includes a book will come with one Little Learning Book selected from our available assortment. Title may vary.
Are the teddy bears safe for babies?
The Mini Plush Teddy is recommended for ages 3+ and is not intended for children under 3. Please always supervise young children with small toys and accessories.
Are the backpacks for babies or toddlers?
MixieZip backpacks are best used as cute baby shower gift bags, travel bags, or little adventure preschool bags. Age suitability may depend on the child, so adult supervision is recommended.
Are the goodies packed inside the backpack?
Yes. That’s the MixieZip magic — we zip the goodies inside the backpack so it arrives as a fun little surprise.
Is MixieZip gift-ready?
Yes. MixieZip bundles are designed to feel thoughtful, cute, and ready to give. Each order is packed with care.
Can I send MixieZip directly as a gift?
Yes. You can ship your order directly to the recipient. Make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
Can I include a gift message?
Gift messages may be available during checkout or by request. Please contact us at hello@mixiezip.com shortly after placing your order if you need a short gift note included.
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Where do you ship?
MixieZip currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., and Hawaii.
Hawaii Shipping: Shipping to Hawaii is available at the carrier-calculated rate shown during checkout. Free-shipping offers and standard mainland shipping rates do not apply to Hawaii orders.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, Canada, international destinations, PO Boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $59.99 or more shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Hawaii orders are excluded and are charged the carrier-calculated rate shown during checkout.
Can I return a MixieZip bundle?
Because MixiePacks are packed gift bundles that may include baby and toddler-related items, all sales are final once shipped unless an item arrives incorrect. Please review our Return/Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within a few days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item/package. We’ll review it and help make it right.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Why do some items vary?
Some MixieZip goodies, such as book titles and teddy bear colors, may vary based on availability. Each item is still thoughtfully selected to fit the MixieZip experience.
Is MixieZip a small business?
Yes. MixieZip is a small, founder-led business created by Laura, a mom of two with a love for thoughtful gifting, cute packaging, and children’s products.
